Raw material preparation
Select MMA monomer raw materials from global chemical giants such as Mitsubishi, Chimei, and Rohm, and filter and degas to ensure that the raw materials are pure and free of impurities.

Heating polymerization
Heat the raw materials to 85℃ for polymerization reaction to form liquid glue, and cool it to 40℃ through gradient to stabilize the glue state.

Curing molding
