Thick PVC foam boards with high strength and good stability are crusted foam boards with a thickness between 10mm-50mm and are generally used in construction, industry and decoration. The panels are made of high purity PVC resin, through a precision foaming process into a closed cell structure, with a density between 0.6-0.9g/cm³, light weight for easy handling and installation.
The thickening design of the panel can enhance the impact and pressure resistance, and also has the effect of sound insulation and heat insulation, which is especially suitable for scenes with high requirements on acoustic performance and heat insulation, such as audio-visual rooms and industrial soundproof enclosures. The surface of the board is smooth and flat, covered with a high wear-resistant crust layer, supporting UV printing, inkjet printing and other decorative processes, but also can present a rich color and texture effects. Thick PVC foam board also has good waterproof and moistureproof performance, water absorption rate is less than 0.5%. Even if it is in a humid environment for a long time, it can remain stable and will not deform and crack, so it can be used in high humidity areas such as bathrooms and kitchens.
