A lightweight, moisture-proof, high-strength PVC foam core board designed for cabinets, bathroom furniture and interior decoration. It is both environmentally friendly and durable, and can adapt to long-term use in humid environments.

PVC cabinet foam board
PVC cabinet foam board is made of polyvinyl chloride (PVC) resin combined with micro-foaming technology. The core layer is a closed-cell honeycomb structure with extremely low water absorption (<0.5%) and excellent impact resistance. Its surface is covered with a highly wear-resistant PVC film or UV coating, which can accurately imitate the texture of wood grain, stone grain, metal, etc., and provides a variety of gloss options (high gloss, matte, skin feel).
The board is formed in one piece through a high-temperature hot pressing process, without glue bonding, avoiding formaldehyde release, and environmental safety reaches E0 level standards. Its lightweight characteristics (density is only 1/3 of solid wood) greatly reduce transportation and installation costs, and support CNC engraving, edge banding, grooving and other secondary processing, perfect for custom cabinets, bathroom cabinets, commercial display cabinets and other scenes. In addition, the board has antibacterial and mildew-proof functions, especially suitable for humid environments such as kitchens and bathrooms.
