Black PVC foam board
The black PVC foamed plate is made of high-purity polyvinyl chloride (PVC) resin and micro foaming technology. The core layer is a closed-cell honeycomb structure, with excellent mechanical strength and impact resistance. The plate density is between 0.5-0.9g/cm³. The high-density design can maintain lightweight properties and has the hardness and stability close to solid wood. It is suitable for high-strength use scenarios.
The surface of the board is smooth and smooth, and can be used for various decorative processing such as UV printing, coating, spray painting, etc., and also provides a variety of gloss options, such as highlight or matte. The board has excellent waterproof and moisture-proof performance, and its water absorption rate is close to zero. It will not deform and crack in long-term humid environments. It also has antibacterial and mildew-proof functions, especially suitable for humid environments such as kitchens and bathrooms.
