High-purity polymethyl methacrylate (PMMA) is used in the precision casting process to create acrylic blocks, which have exceptional mechanical strength, chemical stability, and optical transparency. The refractive index is near that of optical glass, the light transmittance is up to 92% or higher, and there are no bubbles or contaminants within. For the production of lenses, prisms, and optical test apparatus, it is the perfect material.
The acrylic block has a flat, smooth surface, and a mirror appearance can be produced by polishing the edge. In order to satisfy the various requirements of precision parts processing and creative design, it simultaneously supports CNC engraving, drilling, polishing, hot bending, and other processing technologies.
